Virentia does both. Virentia ReHab plans the transition, supports the closure and, where owners exit, takes on the land and the liability, returning it to a safe, stable and non-polluting condition, so asset owners move on with greater certainty and de-risked sites are ready for their next purpose. Virentia ReGen develops the next generation of industry on brownfield and greenfield sites alike.

We partner with asset owners from closure and transition planning through to delivery, and where an owner seeks an exit, we acquire the site and the liability with the tenure. Land is returned stable, signed off by the regulator and ready for productive reuse.

ReGen is an independent development division. We originate, structure and deliver projects in biofuels, energy, natural capital, circular economy, property and agriculture, bringing together underused land, capital and delivery partners to get each project built.
Virentia ReHab and Virentia ReGen are independent divisions. Where a site needs both, they carry it from liability to productive asset under one roof. Wherever you engage with ReHab, ReGen or both, you deal with one accountable partner, answerable to vendors, regulators, investors, Traditional Owners and community alike. Our consortium approach handles the commercial, legal, technical, environmental and stakeholder complexity so you are not coordinating a chain of suppliers.
